These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Benzer International employee scheduling platform and its associated SMS notification program. By using this platform or receiving SMS messages from us, you agree to these terms.

2. Benzer Employee SMS Schedule Notification Program

Program name: Benzer Employee SMS Schedule Notifications

Description: This program sends SMS notifications to current Benzer International employees containing work schedules, shift changes, and operational updates. This is an internal, employment-related communication program — not a marketing program.

Message frequency: Messages will be sent on an as-needed basis, typically 1–8 times per month, depending on scheduling activity and shift changes.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.

Opt-out: To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number. To re-enroll, contact your manager.

Consent: By opting in and providing your mobile phone number to Benzer International, you consent to receive these recurring SMS messages related to your employment schedule and shift assignments.
